Course Description:
Our web-based self-regulation training offers students the opportunity to enhance their self-regulation skills. In an era where students increasingly have to learn and make decisions independently, such skills are crucial because research has shown that self-regulation significantly impacts long-term academic success. Our training provides students with effective cognitive, metacognitive, and motivational learning strategies that they can apply directly to their studies. With the flexibility of web-based delivery, students can conveniently participate in the training in their own free time (six lessons, ~30min each). Additionally, educators have the option to integrate the content of our training into their own courses, thereby supporting students in developing this essential competency.
